Meet Tyler Killpack

Vice President, Community Hospitals, Mercyhealth Harvard Hospital

Tyler Killpack leads Mercyhealth community hospital operations inpatient units, surgical services, and emergency departments, and has overall administrative oversight of Mercyhealth’s rural hospitals.

Tyler is board certified in healthcare management and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). He was recognized as a “4 Under 40” ICAHN Outstanding Leader in 2022 and served as the Co-Chair of ICAHN’s Regulatory and Legislative Committee in 2024, and Chair in 2025. He joined the ICAHN board in 2025.
