Meet Holly Lendy

After earning her bachelor’s degree in accounting, Holly joined ICAHN in 2006. She is the Program Director for ICAHN’s Survey Solutions program. She has been involved with the program since its inception and is responsible for the overall management of the program including supervision of the project team and subcontractors.

Holly provides training and customer support to clients and serves as the liaison to CMS for CAHPS surveys. She also provides the quality oversight of the program to ensure compliance with CMS guidelines.
