As fractional HR Director for ICAHN, Jamie is responsible for policy administration, recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. She has an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and 22 years of progressive HR experience.
What do you love about rural healthcare?
I love rural healthcare because hospitals and clinics are often the largest employers in their communities, creating not only access to care but also stability, opportunity, and pride for local families.
