Meet Pam Pfister

CEO, Morrison Community Hospital

Pam Pfister joined Morrison Community Hospital in 2002 where she held various positions, including clinic director, materials manager, human resources manager, renovations director, and associate administrator before assuming the CEO role in 2013.
Pam joined the ICAHN board in 2021. She served as Board President in 2025 after completing terms as Secretary/Treasurer and President-Elect. Her ICAHN service includes time on the Trailblazer Committee since 2015 and its chairperson since 2017. She also served as co-chair of ICAHN’s Regulatory and Legislative Committee in 2019 and as chair in 2020.
