As a founding member of Rural Policy Partners, Jason offers practical, candid insights on system design, behavioral healthcare integration, implementation tactics, and strategic planning. Jason’s engaging presentations draw from his rich professional and agrarian background, making his talks both relatable and impactful.

Renee Schulte, a recognized expert in behavioral health policy and a former state legislator, brings over two decades of leadership experience across national, state, and local levels. As a founding member of Rural Policy Partners and a licensed mental health therapist, Renee combines her expertise in government relations and financial analysis to develop innovative solutions for complex healthcare challenges. With a unique blend of public and private sector experience, she delivers impactful presentations on topics such as revolutionizing rural mental wellness and the intersection of behavioral health and the justice system.
