This includes inpatient vs observation denials, outpatient medical necessity denials, level of care or status denials, DRG downgrades, and payer recoupment audits. We bridge the gap in utilization management, revenue cycle, and payers, fighting to get the hospitals the payment they deserve for the care they give. Our Mission is to assist healthcare institutions in retaining and recouping the payments owed to them while using data and metrics to guide denials prevention activities within the institution.
